Positive: Very clean and check in was easy. EXTREMELY comfortable bed too!

Ideal location, very comfortable stay, very rich history of the Inn. Positive: Location was perfect, it was above the main entertainment district, but close enough to walk there as well as the trails near the Carnegie library. The Inn is very old but in excellent condition. It was much appreciated that coffee, tea, ice, oatmeal, popcorn and oat bars were made available. The bed was absolutely comfortable and everything needed was in the room. It was a perfect stay. Parking is available below, but also on the street at the main level. My only request would be to list all the other rooms on Booking as well! Thanks for an excellent stay!!

We would definitely stay here again! Great location and beautiful building! Positive: We loved having private access to our suite. We also loved the balcony and coziness of our room. We were close to EVERYTHING! We really admired the woodwork and history of the building. You could tell the hosts really care about the place and want to sustain the original work as much as possible. Negative: It would've been helpful to have a little bigger refrigerator and a small microwave in the room. We were able to use the ones in the common area, but it was less convenient. One of the other tenants was extremely loud and was yelling and slamming doors until about 5am. This is no fault of the hosts, but I think it should be mentioned, as the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors if they're very loud.

Victorian Suite at Piedmont House was comfy and in a neat location. Nice walk available either direction. Lots of stairs! A/C kept the room nicely cool. The porch lights are right outside the room windows, and even when they go off, alot of light comes in the room from streetlights. Some darkening shades or curtains would help immensely! Thanks for keeping instant oatmeal in the common kitchen!
