Downtown*Edgewood Terr*Piedmont

So so stay Positive: The lication to downtown was great. The front porch was a nice place to sit and relax. The stained glass in the room was really pretty. Negative: The room was not clean. There was a smashed dead spider on the ceiling, hair in the bathtub and dust on all surfaces. Outlet covers were just placed on not actually screwed in. Parking was not the best either. No one on site if you need anything.

It was just as advertised. Or better, it had just been repainted, and some changes for the better. I enjoyed the spa tub, just outside the front door. We lucked out, and the parade started immediately in front of the house, so we didn't have parking issues and could sit on the front porch to enjoy.The theromstat was set too hot our first night, but they adjusted and was fine the second night. Good location, easy communication and easy check-in process. Lots of stairs, but that is Eureka Springs. Loved the food at The Filling Station and The Local Flavor. Highly recommend.

Our stay was good and the place was nice enough. It did the job for our trip, if was more like staying in a hotel then in a home .

The location of the house is perfect to walk everywhere we needed to go. The property was cute and comfortable. We will be coming back!

Very clean. Short walk to town.
