Downtown*Edgewood Terr*Piedmont

Positive: Just around the corner of downtown so there was no noise. Very quiet and comfortable. Very clean room. Negative: It was a bit hotter than I'm used to. Perhaps a ceiling had would have been a lot better than the small one they had available

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The place was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was one of the best parts, it was close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, making it easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! It's a very close walk to town, but it's far enough that it's a peaceful area. The place was perfect for 2 people, it was small but cozy. The hosts, Greg and Mary, were also super awesome! They are so nice and respond super fast! Their instructions were also very clear so everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back in the future!!

So so stay Positive: The lication to downtown was great. The front porch was a nice place to sit and relax. The stained glass in the room was really pretty. Negative: The room was not clean. There was a smashed dead spider on the ceiling, hair in the bathtub and dust on all surfaces. Outlet covers were just placed on not actually screwed in. Parking was not the best either. No one on site if you need anything.

It was just as advertised. Or better, it had just been repainted, and some changes for the better. I enjoyed the spa tub, just outside the front door. We lucked out, and the parade started immediately in front of the house, so we didn't have parking issues and could sit on the front porch to enjoy.The theromstat was set too hot our first night, but they adjusted and was fine the second night. Good location, easy communication and easy check-in process. Lots of stairs, but that is Eureka Springs. Loved the food at The Filling Station and The Local Flavor. Highly recommend.
