Downtwn*Crystal Terrace*Piedmont

Inadequate heat. Old inadequate window units. It was freezing and one bedroom had cold air pouring out of the wall unit that wouldn’t work. We had to leave bedroom doors open for the hotel room style unit to try and heat the bedrooms which did NOT WORK. Hotel wall unit rattled like hell. One of the tubs didn’t drain. Old worn out mix matched furniture. Fans we tried to use to circulate warm air were broken. No plug ins where we needed them. This needs to be taken off the market and redone.

Wonderful accommodations in a fantastic location!! Steps from the heart of Eureka! Loved this place and will definitely return!!

When we booked this stay, i didnt realize it was a 'Bed and Breakfast' style rental until the day before arrival. What threw me off was the additional pictures attached to the actual room pics. The additional photos were actually the common area and common kitchen. So i thought what i was booking included those spaces. My husband is very picky about where he stays so i was afraid he was going to be upset. However, when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely and cozy the place was. The Crystal Terrace has 3 rooms. The layout was very unique. The living area boasts floor to ceiling windows with a clear amazing view of the moutains and The Christ of the Ozarks Statue. Our stay was perfect as we had plenty of privacy and it was nice and quiet! My husband was so pleased he said he was going to rent the entire place for our kids when they get married and start having kids!

Great town, great location, will stay again! Positive: Great location. Host communicated how to check in with plenty of advance notice. Room was ready for us even when we showed up 2 hours early! opps...sorry! Not sure the host was thrilled, but to his credit, he did not kick us out! Thank you!! Negative: The only warning I would give is there are stairs....lots of stairs! This was not a problem for us, and the host communicated that the loading zone offered fewer stairs for taking luggage into the room. Parking is provided, but it was a climb back up to the room. If you have trouble with stairs this might not be the best fit. But hey, it's Eureka Springs there are stairs everywhere!

Perfectly placed property, located close to everything downtown so you don't have to drive! Very comfortable accommodations with a nice family room for talking, eating and gathering. Wonderful to be able to bring our 4-legged furry family members too. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Eureka Springs.
